Only 3 pillows per bed, not enough counter space!!! A second chair would help avoid arguments!!! No working fan in the bathroom is a major oversight!!!

We truly enjoyed staying in this hotel, it was modern and well-maintained. It offered great service and great food too;)))

I truly enjoyed to be here, everything was great. The staff were very pleasant and outstandingly accommodating and assisted me greatly. It was fancy, tidy and with 2 double beds. This exceptionally comfortable and bright hotel was in central location close to everything.

Staff were friendly, providing helpful service and accommodating requests like a late check-out. The breakfast was enjoyable, with fresh fruit and attentive staff.

The room felt clean, and I appreciated the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the design had a fun, colorful vibe that was quite inviting. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It was quite good, with a range of options available and a pleasant staff member helping out. I faced some issues with room service. I requested extra pillows and blankets , but despite multiple reminders, they never arrived. The location is nice and quiet, perfect for resting. But the service was a letdown, especially since I had to inquire multiple times about my additional requests.

The hotel was ideally located on our trip back to Canada from Cape Cod, The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly going out of their way to point out restaurants in the area. We booked this hotel after reading the reviews and they were not wrong.

Bathroom counter too small for 2 people.

The excellent staff was much appreciated. It was next to the bus station, favourable location overall. It also was really really close to the falls.
